Conhecida pelos hamb\u00fargueres artesanais e pelo clima descontra\u00eddo, a casa amplia a proposta durante o festival, que segue at\u00e9 <strong>14 de junho<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre as <strong>entradas<\/strong>, a <strong>Salada Red<\/strong> combina alface americana, tomate cereja, cebola roxa, queijo gouda ralado, croutons e molho da casa. O <strong>Picadinho Red<\/strong> aposta em fil\u00e9 mignon ao molho, arroz soltinho, banana da terra dourada, farofa amanteigada e ovo de gema mole. A <strong>Til\u00e1pia Soteropolitana<\/strong> leva o sabor da cozinha baiana ao festival com peixe grelhado ao molho de moqueca, arroz, farofa de dend\u00ea e vinagrete. Para os vegetarianos, a <strong>Parmegiana Vegetariana<\/strong> traz berinjela empanada e recheada com cream cheese, coberta com molho e queijo gratinado, servida com pur\u00ea de batatas e salada de r\u00facula com tomate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nas <strong>sobremesas<\/strong>, a <strong>Mini Torta Basca de Lim\u00e3o Siciliano<\/strong> combina textura cremosa e leve carameliza\u00e7\u00e3o com geleia de frutas vermelhas, enquanto a <strong>Mini Torta Matilda Charlotte<\/strong> aposta em chocolate intenso, especiarias, ganache, calda quente de cacau e sorvete de
