Mais do que apresentar um prato especial, a proposta da Rota \u00e9 promover uma verdadeira imers\u00e3o sensorial no universo junino, conectando gastronomia, mem\u00f3ria, f\u00e9 e identidade cultural. Os valores dos pratos&nbsp;v\u00e3o&nbsp;de R$ 27,00 a R$ 99,00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada estabelecimento participante desenvolveu um prato exclusivo inspirado no per\u00edodo junino, valorizando ingredientes t\u00edpicos, cores, aromas e refer\u00eancias afetivas que remetem \u00e0s festas do interior. A cria\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 livre e pode contemplar diferentes categorias, como pratos principais, drinks, lanches e sobremesas, ampliando a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de bares e lanchonetes no circuito gastron\u00f4mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outro destaque da edi\u00e7\u00e3o 2026 \u00e9 o Desafio Junino, que prop\u00f5s aos participantes a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um altar em homenagem a Santo Ant\u00f4nio, o tradicional santo casamenteiro. A iniciativa busca unir criatividade, identidade visual e refer\u00eancias culturais em instala\u00e7\u00f5es autorais que dialoguem com a gastronomia e com o esp\u00edrito afetivo do per\u00edodo.
